
The Women in Retina (WinR) section supports the professional growth, advancement, and leadership development of women in retina. Through mentorship, networking, educational programs, research initiatives, and recognition of achievements, the section helps foster a strong and supportive community for women in the field. Resources include the WinR mentoring program, the WinR Research Conference at ARVO, the WinR Case Conference, the WinR Lunch at the ASRS Annual Meeting, the WinR Mentorship Session at AAO Subspecialty Day, and webinars throughout the year.
Automatic inclusion in the Section is provided for all female ASRS members; however, membership in WinR is open to all members.
