The Fellows-in-Training Section supports retina fellows as they prepare to enter practice. The section offers educational resources, mentorship opportunities, career guidance, networking with peers and established retina specialists, and programming tailored to the unique needs of physicians in training. Resources include a grant opportunity to attend the AAO Advocacy Ambassador Program, the Vitreoretinal Fellowship Reading List, and curated educational content from across ASRS resources to support fellows throughout their training.
