Affiliate Events
All meetings and events affecting attendees within one week of the Annual Meeting must be reviewed and approved by ASRS before implementation and promotion can occur. This applies to all events whether they are being held at ASRS-contracted facilities or offsite. Please complete the appropriate form linked below. For closed meetings, such as advisory boards, please complete the Affiliate Meeting Approval Form. For satellite symposia, please complete the Satellite Symposium Application.

The hosting of any ancillary events that conflict with the ASRS program is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the blackout times listed below.
The following dates/times are off-limits for inviting ASRS attendees to events.*
Wednesday, July 15 - 7:30am-10:00pm
Thursday, July 16- 7:30am – 6:00pm
Friday, July 17 - 730am – 6:00pm
Saturday, July 18 - 7:30am – midnight
The above dates and times are subject to change.
*A limited number of lunch symposium slots will be offered during blackout times.
