Affiliate Events
All meetings and events affecting attendees within one week of the Annual Meeting must be reviewed and approved by ASRS before implementation and promotion can occur. This applies to all events whether they are being held at ASRS-contracted facilities or offsite. The hosting of any ancillary events that conflict with the ASRS program is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the blackout times listed below.

The following dates/times are off-limits for inviting ASRS attendees to events:
Friday, July 28 - 12:45pm-midnight
Saturday, July 29 - 7:30am – 6:00pm
Sunday, July 30 - 7:30am – 6:00pm
Monday, July 31 - 7:30am – midnight
Tuesday, August 1 – 7:30am – 12:00pm
