  • ASRS Surgical Summit and Retina Battle (no CME): July 30, 7:30 AM - 12 PM (access for live attendees only), followed by Retinaws and the Retina Case Conference

  • Scientific Program: July 31-August 2, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
  • Exhibit Hall and ASRS Experience Center: July 31-August 2
  • Poster Reception: July 31 immediately following General Sessions

Social Event Registration

Social events (Opening Reception and Closing Receptions) are ticketed and must be paid for separately from the general meeting registration fee. You will be prompted to register for social events as part of the meeting registration process. Only ASRS members are allowed to register guests.

Register early for social events to receive the best rates: Early Bird 1 deadline on February 15. Early Bird 2 deadline on April 25.  Registration for social events closes June 25. June 18 is the last date for social event refunds.  

Opening Reception: Ballast Point Long Beach

Closing Reception: RMS Queen Mary. Registrants will receive an e-mail in April or May to select seating assignments.  


NON-MEMBER REGISTRATIONS:

Please note that all non-member registrations will be reviewed and approved by ASRS’s Credentials Committee. Please be sure to complete all of the requested fields regarding the name of your institution/employer, your role, proof of in-training status (if applicable) and a detailed description regarding why you would like to attend the meeting. You will be notified once your registration request has been accepted so that you can proceed to make a payment and secure your space. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until approved by the Credential Committee and payment has been made. Questions? Contact members@asrs.org.

Live Meeting: The registration fee (regular and corporate) includes name badge, access to Retina Surgical Summit/Retina Battle, General Sessions, exhibit hall tradeshow and posters, refreshment breaks, daily lunch, and mobile app access with live stream feed and access to recordings with CME Credit for one month post-meeting, abstracts, e-posters, papers and cases on-demand, films.

Virtual Meeting: The registration fee (regular and corporate) includes mobile app access with live stream feed and recordings with CME Credit for one month post-meeting, as well as abstracts, papers and cases on demand, films, and e-posters. NOTE: only the scientific symposia in the General Session Room will be live streamed and recorded. The following events will not be available via the live feed: 

  • Retina Surgical Summit and Retina Battle
  • Section Breakfasts, Lunches, Receptions
  • Poster Q&A and Exhibit Hall Reception
  • Retinaws
  • Business Meeting
  • All receptions/dinners

The mobile app (which includes the live stream and abstracts) will be distributed to both live and virtual attendees approximately one week prior to the event. NOTE: abstracts and presentations are never available to the general public. 


Beware of Unauthorized Registration and Hotel Solicitations

Please be cautious of any messages coming from sources not affiliated with the American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS).

Unauthorized companies are listing the ASRS Annual Meeting on their websites. These companies are offering to assist with conference registration, hotel reservations, and other services such as mailing list sales for the upcoming meeting.

Please note that ASRS will not guarantee your attendance at 2025 Annual Meeting if you use an unauthorized company. Please use only the links on asrs.org to access registration and hotel bookings. When utilizing these links, you will be required to enter your ASRS login and password; the system will auto-fill most of your contact information and present you with appropriate registration types. If a company is asking you to choose from many registration types, that is a sign that you are not dealing with ASRS.

If you receive an email from a person or business who is attempting to sell a #ASRS2025 mailing list, please block the sender and report it as "Junk/Spam" to your email provider. ASRS does not rent or sell member or customer data.

Audio-Visual Likeness Release
At this event, the American Society of Retina Specialists may be photographing, videotaping, and/or audio-taping. Through your participation, you acknowledge these activities and agree to allow your image and likeness, if recorded, to be used by the ASRS in Society publications, on the ASRS website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees of this ASRS event waive all claims against the Society for any liability resulting from these uses. Attendees agree that no compensation will be received in connection with the recording, use, or distribution of their image.

Exhibitor Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors may utilize lead retrieval software for use at their booth and satellite symposia. By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge, you are allowing the contact information provided on your registration form to be captured.
