Who may register and attend
- Members in good standing of the American Society of Retina Specialists
- Residents, non-member fellows-in-training and guests (non-member physicians and non-member non-physicians) who are sponsored by an ASRS member in good standing and in attendance of the meeting.
All speakers and all other first authors (presenting authors) are required to register and pay an attendee fee.
All exhibitors are required to register as corporate representatives. CMP members are entitled to a certain number of complimentary badges based on their membership level.
Name badges are provided to all registered attendees of the ASRS Annual Meeting. Replacement badges are available at the registration desk. Badges are not transferable and cannot be lent to anyone for any purpose during the meeting. All attendees are requested to display their name badge during all official functions.
Attendee Fee and Cancellation/Refund Policy
The registration fee includes name badge, meeting materials, Retina Case Conference, paper and poster sessions, instructional courses, on demand offerings (papers, cases, and courses), film festival, exhibit hall tradeshow, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, daily lunch in the exhibit hall, Women in Retina Symposium, Wine and Cheese Reception, and Gala Dinner.
The adult and child guest fees include welcome reception and gala dinner.
Registration fees are fixed and cannot be broken for partial attendance of days or sessions, or non-attendance of social events.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and have been received by the ASRS headquarters office no later than June 26, 2020. A $125.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be given after June 26, 2020.
English is the official language for all scientific sessions of the ASRS Annual Meeting. Speakers must present in English with English text, slides, and audiovisual materials. All films submitted for the Film Festival must be narrated in English or have English subtitles.
