Claim CME Credit

Evaluations/Certificates.

NOTE: Participants are required to complete an evaluation form in order to receive CME credits for sessions attended. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. CME Credit can be claimed through December 31, 2025.

Complete the overall meeting evaluation and then claim the appropriate number of credits for each symposium attended.   

Papers on-demand and cases on-demand are available for additional CME credits. Go to the on-demand tab on the mobile meeting site for viewing. Log on to Evaluations/Certificates to complete post-tests and evaluations.

Once  you have completed evaluations for all sessions attended/completed, go to "My Certificates" at the top of the evaluation page to generate and print your CME certificates. NOTE: there are three types of certificates available: 1.) CME certificate for live meeting sessions 2.) ODCME certificate for enduring credits (papers and cases on-demand) and 3.) Attendance Certificate.
