Evaluations/Certificates

NOTE: Participants are required to complete an evaluation form in order to receive CME credits for sessions attended. Evaluations will be available after your attendance has been confirmed upon check in. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Log on for evaluations:

  • Members and Non-members: ASRS user ID and password

Claim CME and access evaluations here: Evaluations/Certificates.    

Complete the overall meeting evaluation and then claim the appropriate number of credits for each symposium attended.   Additionally, you must complete a separate evaluation for each Instructional Course  attended.

PODs (papers on demand) and CODs (courses on demand) offer CME credits as well. Go to the POD and/or COD tab on the mobile meeting site for viewing. Return to the CME tab on the mobile site to complete a post-test and evaluation.

Once  you have completed evaluations for all sessions attended/completed, go to "My Certificates" at the top of the evaluation page to generate and print your CME certificates. NOTE: there are two types of certificates available: 1.) CME certificate for live meeting sessions and 2.) ODCME certificate for enduring credits (PODs and CODs).
