Hotel Reservations and Policies
The official ASRS room blocks will open in early 2025. Please note that hotel reservations within the ASRS room blocks are only open to registered attendees. ASRS will be auditing the hotel reservations list. A link to conference hotels will be included in your registration receipt. If you are registered for the meeting and cannot locate the link to ASRS hotel room block information in your email, please contact us at info@asrs.org.
The ASRS requires all companies and organizations requiring more than five guest rooms to book their room block through Kate Gilroy, HelmsBriscoe Senior Director of Global Accounts, at Email: kgilroy@helmsbriscoe.com.
For any participants booking outside the ASRS room block, a 25% surcharge will be added to
