Hotel Reservations and Policies
Please note that hotel reservations within the ASRS room blocks are available only to registered attendees. All hotel reservations will be audited. A link to the ASRS hotels will be included in your registration confirmation email. If you are registered for the meeting and cannot locate the hotel room block link, please contact us at info@asrs.org.
The ASRS requires all companies and organizations requiring more than five guest rooms to book their room block through Kate Gilroy, HelmsBriscoe Senior Director of Global Accounts, at Email: kgilroy@helmsbriscoe.com.
