Midwest Retina Inc is looking to hire a new associate physician. We are a growing non-private equity owned, retina only practice with 7 surgically trained vitreoretinal specialists in Columbus, OH. We have two physicians who specialize in uveitis and two physicians who specialize in pediatric retina.
We have three full-time locations in the Columbus Metro Area with each physician traveling to a satellite location once a week. Each office is well equipped to deliver comprehensive retinal care. We have an EMR system that is user friendly, amenable to change and facilitates efficient and effective patient care. We operate at eye specific ambulatory surgery centers near our main offices with operating rooms that are fully equipped for retinal surgery. We also offer a 2 year surgical retina training fellowship with one fellow per year.
Columbus is the fastest gr owing metropolitan area in the Midwest with great communities to call home. There are excellent schools, universities, and medical schools in our area. Our communities are full of opportunities for outdoor recreation, entertainment, and sports.

Practice setting: Multi-specialty
Berkeley Eye Center is seeking a fourth retina surgeon to begin in 2024. A Texas tradition for over 60 years, Berkeley Eye Center is one the the largest and most established eye care facilities in the region. We are comprised of 20 MDs and 35 ODs with most ophthalmic sub-specialties represented. The practice currently has 26 locations with plans for expansion.
This position is 100% retina and the candidate will have immediate clinical and surgical volume. The retina specialists travel to clinics throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Most retina surgeries are performed in the practice-owned ASCs equipped with the Constellation and BIOM systems. We have a research division with ongoing clinical trial participation. On-call duties are solely retina and are shared equally among the retina surgeons. Hospital call is not not required. The position offers a competitive base salary with bonus incentives for productivity. Full benefits are also included. There will be an opportunity for partnership buy-in.
