Fellows' Activity Logging Resources

The ASRS no longer requires activity logs for fellow-in-training membership. However, some members and fellowship programs have noted the value of the tool and have expressed interest in maintaining logs.

The ASRS is providing information on the following third-party platforms as a courtesy for members and for informational purposes only.

Please note that the provision of this information does not in any way constitute an endorsement by the Society of any third-party product or service.

Please contact Sallie Wallis  with questions.

 1. Case Logging with  Microsoft® Forms

Microsoft® Forms is a powerful tool widely used to collect survey data—and it can also serve as an efficient, consistent way for busy retina fellows to log cases on the fly. Data entered via the form is automatically synced to a spreadsheet, that can be edited if needed. This setup also allows real-time monitoring by fellowship program directors, if desired.

2. VitreOS

A free, fast and modern logging platform built by retina fellows and faculty to support the demands of today's busy surgical fellowships. Click here for more information.

3. Continued Access to T-Res

If you or your program have found T-Res beneficial, you can continue using it by subscribing as an individual or a program. Please note that there is an annual per-fellow subscription fee.
