Bylaws Committee
Committee's role: To serve as an advisory committee on matters pertaining to the Bylaws. To recommend to the Board of Directors such changes in the Bylaws and Society Standing Rules as it deems appropriate for the successful operation of the society. Prepare and submit proposed Bylaw changes to the membership for a vote as specified by the Bylaws.
