Biography
Dr. Erik (Gerard) van Rens is Board Certified in Ophthalmology. He is a member of several national and international professional associations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, the North Carolina Medical Society, the NC Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and the Dutch Ophthalmological Society. After practicing in the Chicago area, Dr. van Rens began practicing in North Carolina in 1998.
