    Eligibility: The Startup Plus category is open to retina-related companies that are not eligible for the Startup level due to receiving FDA approval, as defined in the Startup eligibility criteria, within the past three years.

    Eligibility: The Startup category is open to retina-related companies that meet the following conditions at the time of the ASRS CMP agreement:
    For drug companies: Have not yet submitted an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
    For device companies: Have not received commercial approval, authorization, or clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
    For companies outside the drug/device categories: Eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis
