Submit Your Late-Breaking Papers and WinR Cases by June 16

The abstract system is open for late-breaking papers and WinR Case Conference submissions until June 16.

ASRS members are invited to submit one late-breaking abstract. If you have already accepted an invitation to present a paper and your late-breaking abstract is accepted, the original abstract will be placed as a paper-on-demand instead. Please note that members are allowed only one podium presentation. A non-member may not submit an abstract in this category. Members are also invited to submit an abstract of an interesting, challenging, or unusual medical or surgical case for the WinR Case Conference, which will be held on Sunday evening July 30 during the ASRS Annual Meeting. Click here to review submission requirements.

Volunteer to Peer Review for ASRS 2023 by May 24!

ASRS is seeking peer reviewers for the 2023 Annual Meeting. There are opportunities to do remote peer reviews prior to the meeting (June and July), as well as on site during the meeting. If you are interested, please complete the online volunteer form by May 24.

Duties include reviewing slide decks (papers, cases, on-demand offerings, and other symposia) for compliance with ACCME standards in order to ensure that content is scientifically valid and balanced. For reference, please take a look at the slide review checklist. ASRS staff will provide a peer review guide and a training call so that you know what to look for when reviewing presentations for compliance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: your participation is contingent upon review and mitigation of any relevant financial relationships.
