Responsibilities
I. An ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal specialist and retinopathy in NICU who has experience in handling eye diagnosis, surgeries Specially diabetes and other Retinal vascular disorderes, hereditary diseases like retinitis pigmentosa ,retinopathy of prematurity ,macular disorders ,Choroidal neovascularization and retinal detachment. and give recommendations to help patients perform proper care for their eyes; has excellent skills in performing surgeries and giving treatments; values time and work management; practices effective organizational skills strategies for better coordination with peers;.
Performed surgeries on patients who had disorders with their eyesight and required to have surgeries in order to be cured. Gave prescriptions to patients to treat their vision disorders. Am the first Saudi vitro retinal surgeon that preformed arguss type 2 retinal prosthesis in patient that had visual loss secondary to retinitis pigmentosa
II. I enthusiastically prepared and delivered didactic lectures, which were always highly rated and awarded I had more than 38 publications in index journal and more than300 local and international presentations world wide
III. I also coordinated with colleagues worled wide in updating information in relation to improving treatments for various diseases and disorders in eye-sights. Conducted research once a rare disease is encountered and consulted with the experts
