Biography
Wei-Chi Wu, MD, PhD, is Professor of Ophthalmology at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. He completed fellowship and postdoctoral training under Dr. Michael Trese at William Beaumont Hospital, USA. His research focuses on pediatric retinal diseases, including retinopathy of prematurity and pediatric retinal detachment. Dr. Wu is CEO of the Taiwan Macula Society and serves as editor for TVST. He has published over 380 peer-reviewed articles, authored eight book chapters, and edited one textbook.
