The next OIC-WAVE meeting will be at the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado, from June 25 to June 28, 2014.
The meeting will begin with an evening reception on Wednesday, June 25 and conclude on Saturday June 28 in the morning—making it convenient for attendees who wish to spend more time in Vail, as the weekend dovetails into the July 4th week.
Please make your hotel reservation now; once all the rooms in the OIC-WAVE room block are booked, there will be no more rooms available at the Four Seasons. OIC-WAVE will occupy more than 65% of the hotel space.
Reserve your room by calling the Four Seasons directly at 303.389.3301 and requesting the Reservations Department. Be sure to mention you will be attending the OIC-WAVE meeting when you make your reservation.
