Reconnect with colleagues from the 2026 ASRS Business of Retina Clinical Trials Workshop for a timely conversation with Nancy Holekamp, MD, on what pharmaceutical sponsors look for when selecting clinical trial sites. Drawing on her experience as a retina specialist, principal investigator in more than 40 national clinical trials, and Principal Global Medical Science Lead at Roche, Dr. Holekamp will share practical insights on the qualities of successful sites and how retina practices can strengthen their readiness for future research opportunities. Members of the ASRS Clinical Trials Workshop Committee will then join an interactive discussion and open Q&A, giving participants an opportunity to share progress, discuss challenges, and ask questions—whether they are starting their first trial or expanding an established clinical research program.
