The ASRS is pleased to share a new tool to help members conduct their own analysis of key practice inputs, revenue and expenses. This is available as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet on the Practice Operations page of the ASRS website. Also available are the Pharmaceutical Financial Management Tool and the Pharmaceutical Profit/Loss Calculator, two additional resources to empower members with information to analyze their practices' financial health as it relates to the pharmaceutical portion of the business.

The Pharmaceutical Financial Management Tool is designed to illustrate the health of a practice's pharmaceutical business, based on the value of inventories and accounts receivable as compared to accounts payable.

The Pharmaceutical Profit/Loss calculator is designed to help calculate the profits and losses once reimbursement adjustments, rebates and discounts are considered.
