The Fellowship Directors Education and Training Committee will host a webinar, Starting a Physician-Owned Practice: Challenges and Rewards, on September 16th at 8 PM CDT.
This webinar will examine the practical considerations involved in establishing and operating a physician-owned retina practice. Through an interactive discussion with retina specialists who have transitioned to or established independent practices, participants will explore common operational, financial, staffing, governance, compliance, and workflow challenges. Panelists will share strategies and lessons learned that can help physicians make informed practice-management decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and develop sustainable approaches that support efficient, high-quality patient care.
