Reminder: 2023 MIPS Scores Available; Submit Review Requests by Oct 11
CMS has made 2023 final MIPS performance scores and payment adjustments available on the QPP website. These adjustments impact payment beginning in January 2025. If you haven’t already checked your score, be sure to do it soon and identify any potential errors. Participants only have until 8:00 PM ET on October 11, 2024, to submit a request for a targeted review.
2024 full MIPS and Promoting Interoperability category hardship exception applications are also available on the QPP site and must be filed by December 31, 2024, to avoid impacting 2026 payments. Practices in areas impacted by federally-declared natural disasters, such as the recent Hurricanes Beryl, Debby and Francine, are also eligible for automatic hardship exceptions.
