DESCRIPTION:The fAVS meeting is an annual educational event for all North A
 merican and International rising 2nd year Surgical\, Medical Retina and Uv
 eitis fellows. Extensive educational content includes medical and surgical
  panel discussions\, surgical videos tricks and tips\, and the unparallele
 d wet lab experience with access to some of the latest technology and cutt
 ing-edge procedures with one on one faculty/fellow interaction. Some of th
 e invited faculty for the 21st AVS will also participate in the 5th fAVS. 
 All the fellows will also be invited to be part of the 21st AVS that same 
 weekend to interact with the faculty\, be part and witness this meeting. \
 nFree registration\, travel stipend\, and shared lodging is available to f
 ellows that have not attended fAVS before. Fellows that have previously at
