 CT)\, featuring expert guidance on how to present\, communicate and lead f
 rom guest speaker Amy Glass. Ms. Glass is chief executive officer\, senior
  facilitator\, coach and owner of BRODY Professional Development. She has 
 worked internationally with Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industri
 es with a focus on life sciences.\n\nThis event will be customized to alig
 n with the needs of Women in Retina. Participants who complete this progra
 m will be better able to:\n\n• Project confidence and competence in their 
 manner\;\n\n• Identify advocates that can support their careers\;\n\n• Con
 tinue to grow and develop\;\n\n• Get involved to increase their visibility
  as experts\; and\,\n\n• Create commentary/communicate through writing and
