DESCRIPTION:The 6th Annual Vit-Buckle Society Meeting is intended to enhanc
 e attendees' knowledge\, as well as their management skills\, of medical a
 nd surgical retinal issues. This meeting has two unique features that dist
 inguish it from other meetings related to retinal diseases.  First\, it is
  primarily surgical video-based format.  Second\, it emphasizes discussion
  and debate on approaches to management. The meeting will provide a venue 
 for exchange of management ideas through specific topics followed by dedic
 ated discussion periods. \nThe VBS is a society of fellowship-trained vitr
 eoretinal surgeons who are committed to sharing innovative strategies for
