DESCRIPTION:General Information\nWe would like to invite you to the 28th An
 nual Southeastern Vitreoretinal Seminar\, which will take place April 25-2
 6\, 2014 at the East Lake Golf Club.   The East Lake Golf Club is located 
 at 2575 Alston Drive\, SE\, Atlanta GA\, 30317.Participants are invited to
  bring case presentations or brief topics for discussion in an informal\, 
 collegial atmosphere. These cases and topics can be related to vitreoretin
 al surgery\, retinal diseases\, medical retina treatments or other topics.
  This program is designed for vitreoretinal specialists and is highly rega
 rded by previous attendees.\nFaculty\nWe are delighted to announce that Ma
 rk S. Blumenkranz\, MD\, Professor\, Stanford University\, Palo Alto CA\, 
 will be our keynote speaker. Dr. Blumenkranz will speak on “Digital Ophtha
 lmology: The Emerging Landscape”. Emory’s distinguished faculty in Ophthal
 mology will present interesting cases of their own for discussion and help
  discuss other cases presented.\nTuition\nThe registration fee for this me
 eting is $500 and for this\, the meeting\, coffee breaks\, lunch\, social 
 event and CME credit will be provided. Please register by April 1\, 2014.\
 nAccommodations\nA block of rooms is available at the Emory Conference Cen
 ter Hotel at a special discounted rate of $119 per night\, single or doubl

 Reservations should be made as soon as possible. Reservations are based up
 on space and rate availability.\nTransportation\nPick up and return shuttl
 e transportation will be available from the Emory Conference Center Hotel 
 to East Lake Golf Club on both April 25 and April 26th. Schedule will be p
 rovided.\nCancellation Policy\nA maximum enrollment has been established\,
  so register early. Written cancellations received prior to April 1 will b
 e refunded less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after t
 his date. Emory University reserves the right to cancel the program and re
 turn all fees. The liability of Emory University School of Medicine is lim
 ited to the course fee. Emory will not be responsible for any losses incur
 red by registrants\, including\, but not limited to\, airline cancellation
