 changing field. The panelists will explore key changes shaping the next ge
 neration of ophthalmology\, including innovations in clinical and surgical
  technology\, evolving residency training expectations\, workforce trends\
 , practice transformation\, and the growing emphasis on mentorship\, leade
 rship\, and diversity in the field.\n Following the presentation\, partici
 pants in the Empowerment & Opportunity Mentorship Program will continue th
 e conversation in small-group breakout rooms with their mentors and mentee
 s. Attendees who are not part of the mentorship program are warmly invited
  to join us for the presentation and will be asked to exit the Zoom sessio
 n when the breakout discussions begin.
