DESCRIPTION:Conference is organized by the ICTER – International Centre for
  Translational Eye Research and Candela Foundation.\nThe Conference on Rec
 ent Advances in Translational Eye Research 2025 is an opportunity for all 
 researchers\, investors\, and entrepreneurs whose interests focus on the e
 ye.\nThe conference will enable discussion between specialists from differ
 ent fields who are united in their pursuit to understand better the challe
 nges of eye imaging\, the process of vision\, and formation of eye disease
 s. During this international and interdisciplinary event\, we will discuss
  frontiers of research on new methods and tools enabling diagnosis and tre
 atment of eye diseases and also ideas on how to facilitate rapid implement
 ation of new eye therapies.\nThe second edition of CRATER coincides with t
 he 25th anniversary of the first 3D Fourier Domain Optical Coherence Tomog
 raphy (OCT) imaging of the human retina – a revolutionary milestone in oph
 thalmology that provided unprecedented three-dimensional visualization of 
 retinal structures. CRATER 2025 celebrates this transformative advancement
  by dedicating special sessions highlighting the key milestones of Fourier
  Domain OCT implementation and discussing remaining challenges and future
