Please submit a Function Space Request Form if you are interested in hosting a private event.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SATELLITE EVENTS & USE OF RETINA CONGRESS 2009 & SOCIETIES' LOGOS
Please be advised that the hosting of any satellite events that conflict with RETINA CONGRESS 2009-sponsored events is strictly prohibited.
THE FOLLOWING DATES AND TIMES ARE OFF-LIMITS FOR HOLDING SATELLITE EVENTS:
Wednesday, September 30
Between 3:00 pm–10:00 pm
Thursday, October 1
Between 6:30 am–11:00 pm
Friday, October 2
Between 6:30 am–6:30 pm
Saturday, October 3
Between 6:30 am–1:00 pm & 7:00 pm–12:00 midnight
Sunday, October 4
Between 7:00 am–12:30 pm
Use of the Retina Congress 2009 logo and/or any or all of the three societies' logos in conjunction with promotional materials is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized use of any of the three societies' names, logos, or reference to the Retina Congress 2009 may result in legal action. Companies or organizations and companies found to be in violation of the above policy may result in not being allowed to participate in future meetings, loss of attendance benefits, or possible legal action. Attendance and support at Retina Congress 2009 automatically constitutes agreement with this policy.
