Registration Information
WHO MAY REGISTER?
Members in good standing of the ASRS may register as well as Residents, Non-member Fellows and Guests who are sponsored by an ASRS member in good standing and in attendance at the meeting.
All speakers and all other First Authors (Presenting Authors) are required to register and pay an attendee fee. Film Festival entries can be submitted by registered attendees without additional charge. Films may be submitted by members not attending the ASRS 28th Annual Meeting for a $50 fee per entry.

Payment
Credit card payment must be made by American Express, MasterCard or VISA. Personal or corporate checks, in U.S. dollars, must be made payable to "American Society of Retina Specialists." No other forms of payment are accepted. The ASRS Tax ID Number is 11-3791806. NOTE: All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars ONLY.
Cancellation/Refunds
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Medical Conference Planners, Inc., 1251 Post Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583, USA, no later than July 30, 2010. A handling fee of $125 will be charged for cancellations in all registration categories, except adult guests and children, which will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after July 30, 2010.
