Welcome Cocktail Reception

The ocean on one side and a saltwater lagoon on another, you will be surrounded by tiki torches and dramatic lava rock walls in the beautiful Molokini Garden, which will be the setting for our Welcome Reception. Come and enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with friends and colleagues!
Dress is casual.

Tennis Tournament
Monday, October 13
Wailea Tennis Club
1:30–4:30 pm
The Wailea Tennis Club is one of the finest tennis facilities in Hawaii. Magenta bougainvillea spills down the lava-rock walls of its stadium court, which was cut into a hillside. It is located in the heart of Wailea and will host the ASRS Tennis Tournament this year.

Golf Tournament

OPTIONAL EVENT. Separate registration fee is required. The Wailea Golf Club will play host to the ASRS Golf Tournament. The Gold Course is Wailea's rugged beauty. The home course to the Champion's Skins Game for the past 7 years, it is the most challenging of Wailea's trio, with a rugged and masterful design that takes advantage of the terrain's natural undulations. But 4 to 6 tee boxes on every hole also make it a suitable track for virtually every player. The course offers ocean views from every hole, and chances to see many examples of prehistoric Hawaiian lava rock walls that have been preserved and left as integral parts of the course. Lava flow outcroppings abound, while towering palm trees, kiawe and native Hawaiian grasses sway elegantly in the gentle trade wind breezes.

Honua'ula Luau

OPTIONAL EVENT. Separate registration fee is required. Hawaiian style music provides a tropical ambiance as you enjoy a luau and breathtaking Maui sunset. The luau includes a Polynesian show, dinner buffet, dessert bar, and standard open bar.

Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner

6:30 pm–Midnight
This will be a night to remember! The Grand Wailea's stately ballroom will be the setting for the society's legendary annual Gala. Featuring gourmet cuisine, fine wines, and our signature entertainment extravaganza. Sip delicious concoctions while reminiscing with friends old and new about another unforgettable annual meeting.
Dress is semi-formal, tie not required
