This is an open-rank, full-time position in a traditional-track or clinician-educator track (both tracks are tenure-eligible). Candidates must be American Board of Ophthalmology certified (or eligible if within five years of completing residency). Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in pediatric vitreoretinal disorders, inherited retinal disease, and/or uveitis. There is an opportunity to join a well establishe d Retina practice that is looking to add a Full-Time Retina Surgeon. The new associate will be busy immediately and have the ability to grow from there. The practice has multiple locations. Partnership will be offered after two years with the goal of the practice to continue their track record of excellent patient focused care. Support staff at the practice consists of techs, scribes, and physician assistants who do all the injections. There will be travel required to satellite locations.

. Negotiable compensation - former associates typically made $600,000-$700,000
